I used to intern with a grooming salon, and you can definitely do something about it..I would not let it go. No dog EVER is supposed to have that happen. I feel so bad that your dog had to go to through that and I hope that the groomer who did that never puts anther dog through that ever again! Again I am so sorry that happened to
