Do they use those drying crates? I've heard of some really bad burns coming from them. Personally, if you have the time, I think you should take them to small claims court; you have proof of dates when they were at groomers and when they were at vets. Your vet will probably write a letter to help you with your case. I understand that it's not the money, but it the pain you babies when through and their cavalier attitude. I would also do as many reviews on them as possible, let other people know.
