I see what you mean about the snap in the center of the chest...hmm...It's a great price, but I'd have to see it & feel it before I'd buy. I know the Buddy Belt is secure and strong. I feel confident lifting ZoE up by it when needed when we've encountered a large (uncontrolled) dog on our walks.
