We have 2 of these, and they are great.

They are made of strong leather, and they stretch and soften with wear. Roxie has never been able to get out of these. Plus, they come in a ton of cute colors and designs (not that style trumps safety, but it's nice to have a selection).
We also have the seat belt adapter, which is awesome!
