I believe she is from Texas. She doesn't send the puppies home until 15-20 weeks if they are shipped (which they would have to be as I live in NJ). She has a two year health guarantee in which she offers to buy back the puppy if you cannot take care of it any longer. The puppies are AKC registered and have all of their shots (minus rabies) before leaving and are sometimes even spayed. I am just not sure entirely yet, but she seems like a very good breeder from the information but I can't be sure yet. I will attach the links to her website and contract:
