Yeah, I think if you make it morning OR evening - you are doing pretty well.
As a Mom-early morning suit my schedule right now, though I am late for work on those days. Luckily, my company isn't too strict about that as they know I stay late.
I will say that the early morning workouts have become absolutely addictive. I don't know if it's the charismatic trainer or the group of people that always show up - but I really enjoy it and feel guilty if I don't go.
We do a mixture of everything - TRX, Kickboxing, steps, strength training; jump rope (which I hate).
It's something different each time.
