I am so sorry to hear about your experience. I had a similar experience with a groomer. It was Romeo's second grooming after I'd gotten him and this groomer was at the breeder's and highly recommended. Two days after his grooming I was scratching Romeo's head when I came across a bump. On closer inspection I noticed there was a partial scab and what looked like a HOLE! I rushed him over to the vet who confirmed that the wound was the result of a sharp object! I was furious and thought of confronting the groomer but I know she'd only deny it and insist my baby was hurt in my home. Needless to say I have never gone back to the groomer. I now have a stylist who takes utmost care with Romeo.
