I personally have never heard of them but things to remember and do when getting a yorkie is you really want to get one near you so you can see the parents where they are living as well as where the pups are living, you want to make sure that the breeder is not sending the pups home before 12 weeks, you will want a health guarantee, also make sure the breeder did health checks on the parents and that they are free of LP, AKC registry is the best registry in the USA, and stay away from buyers who use the words teacup, micro, and mini.
