I am not familiar with Yorkies having seizures, but I really think a second opinion from another vet would be a good idea. I wouldn't be comfortable having my dog put under anesthesia under the circumstances.... Hope you get the info you need and can find a vet that can get the answers you need to find out the reason for the seizures.
