Sorry I didn't intend to high jack your post.
The only time I can get anything done is when the RHG (Rosehill Gang) is napping or in bed for the night!~ I crate everyone for naps and at night. That way, if there is an emergency, like fire, I know where everyone is and I am not going to be looking for hiding, terrified dogs! I would crate her for her nap, and cover the crate. All mine know, if that crate is covered, it is quiet time....you can lay quietly for 2 hours, or you can sleep, but you rest quietly when that crate is covered. Same thing at night...they eat and then they go to sleep. I have a CD that I play all night long...it is a lulliby tape for dogs and they love it!
