I use to go in the evenings only. The gym is always so packed at night though, so I am now attempting to get there early as much as possible. I'm not a morning person so that is not always easy for me. Some people think that working out early boosts your metabolism for the day. Makes sense but I use to be really fit when I use to go in the evenings all the time. It probably doesn't really matter as long as you go. |
