We are getting our little girl this week and she will be 11 weeks to 11 1/2 weeks (not sure which day we are picking her up yet. The breeder said she has had her first 2 rounds of shots but will need her 3rd round.
Does this mean I can ONLY potty train on pee pads inside of my house and not even let her out in our own back yard? We have a fenced in backyard with no other dogs (my Mother in law's dachsunds used to live in it over 6 months ago but they were both healthy) BUT the neighbor's cat does sometimes hop the fence and come into the yard.
Also if I do have to potty train strictly with puppy pads INSIDE my house for the first few weeks will this make it harder to potty train her to outside?
I would love any advice! Thanks in advance!
