the petco one is like the ones they have at Wallmart, in fact if you have a Wallmart near you, they just got a new spring dog collection, they put it in the center isle, they have flowered harnesses, spring dresses, scarves, sun hats, tees, and even bikinis
the clothing stuff goes fast first day I saw it they had a good selection, went back two days later and most of the clothing was gone. They had a ton of flowered collars though and LOL I felt like telling the mgr, you should let you vendor know that small dogs don't walk with collars, so you don't need as many but tell them to put more dresses out
