As far as the dewclaws go, make sure you have the nails cut on those and keep an eye on them. If you don't regularly trim those nails they will grow around (in a circle like) and grow back into the skin. We had a sheltie and he was left with one dewclaw and if I didn't trim it regularly, it would start growing back into his skin. It may be something to discuss with your vet about having it removed.

i will thx! i may need to get them cut.. i really dont know if the vet has noticed them either because he has never said anything to me about it..hum, i wonder.
