above is copied from the rules, so if the signup is still open after my three months date I don't understand why I would be excluded  and by the time three months comes I will probably have double the required posts  . |
I guess I don't understand what you don't understand.
The start of the GE signups is April 1st and you're required to be a member for at least 3 months. You joined January 11th. You won't have been a member for 3 months on April 1st. If you had joined before January 1st you'd be a member for at least 3 months.
