 Would you change groomers over this
Chachi and Jewels were groomed Wednesday. My Husband picked them up at the groomers. They look cute and were groomed well as usual. The problem is either the groomer or her asst. cut into Chachis quick when they did his nail and he came home with blood on his foot. Im not upset because it happened because it is a simple mistake easy to make. What bothers me is they didnt tell us it happened so I have lost a little trust in them. We have been going to this groomer for yrs without incident but with some of the scary things we hear on here happening at groomers it concerns me? Am I justified to be upset or is this no big deal? |
