We were having that problem with Toto ... poop hanging on or getting in the long fur on her butt. My husband would be the lucky one who she went to when she would go pee pee or poop! He was so tired of the little wet "skirt" ... the vet suggested "banding" her long hair on either side in the back along with her tail! She looks so cute ... and it really helps!
