I'm so glad he's okay! I made that mistake when my Yorkie was a puppy too. She jumped out of the window at the Taco Bueno drive thru. Fortunately the car was not moving, but she jumped all the way out. I was so scared another car would come zooming thru before I could get my seatbelt off and get her. She was standing there looking up wanting back in the car. Freaked me out. She was fine, but I learned my lesson!
