I've been doing some HIIT training (high intensity interval training); that might be a nice workout for you, bc it's only 20 mins...and you can only do it 2-3x a week (or, too tough on recovery). I do it on the tread, but you can do it other ways too. It kicks your butt. |
Ohh that sounds fun!! What do you do on the tread?
Right now I am working with a trainer for an hour twice a week. She is kicking my butt!! In between I do spin or eliptical and sometimes yoga...but I always like to change things up because I get bored. 20 minutes sounds fantastic!!!
