Lexie had a rough wirey puppy coat too. There's many threads on here from me asking if her hair will ever change and when she was about 7 months old i noticed thin smooth hair coming in. When it was a few inches long i chopped off all the puppy hair, shes 17 months now and has a beautiful silky coat. I'm sure Teddy will have the same, just give it some time
