Puppia has at least two types of harness. One goes over the head and one is a step in that
does have velcro. They do have a European type of measurement so sometimes it is hard to understand the sizing. The XS step in is a very small size suitable for a little puppy while the small will fit a 4 to 5 pound dog. It's too bad that there is such a wide range between sizes because it is a very nice harness that is very secure and goes below the throat which is what most of us are looking for. I wish they had a size between the XS and S.
I have seen some of the similar harnesses and while they are
similar they are not the same and they do have different measurements.
