I was curious about the treatment sizes of heartworm meds and flea meds

I currently use Frontline Plus for 1-22lb dogs or Vectra 3D every other month for Flea/ Ticks & I use Heartgard Plus for HEARTWORM for dogs 1-25 lbs

The dosing size for both of these is for dogs 1-25 lbs. I've notice d he is lethargic and sometimes vomits after taking the flea meds. Would it be a good idea to just give them part of their treatment like HALF the dosage?

My puppy is only about 3 lbs.

What do ya'll do?
