I just received my first copy of The Yorkshire Terrier Magazine. I emailed them with my subscription request and then faxed my credit card info to them late last week. I was very surprised when my copy of the magazine arrived in the mailbox today!

It was great to have something good to read while waiting for a doctor's appointment that seemed it would never happen (an hour and fifteen minute wait!). It is geared towards breeding to better the breed and showing. There are not a ton of articles in the magazine but the few that are there are worth reading. My favorite today was an article on selecting a stud. It really opened my eyes to plenty. It was a coincidence that I had been wondering the last few days if I should begin my search for a good stud for when I'm ready to breed Crissy (if she continues maturing as I hope).
