It was interesting for sure...but I am sort of used to things like that from animals, and I know other people who have seen stuff like what others have written as well...a lady whose little doggies kept pawing at her chest until she went to the doctor and found out she had breast cancer, etc.
In Peanut's case, he may have even heard a change in the breathing sounds your DH was making...they can hear outside the range we can hear. It may have been nothing but a teensy congestion that your DH cleared by coughing, but at least now you know that Peanut is 'on the job'
