I've taken her for walks before and she always pulls and runs forward. When I stay still, she stops and looks back cuz she'd get tugged as I just stop, but then she pulls forward again. When I do get her to sit beside me and I begin to move forward, she stays like a statue herself and refuses to move. I've tried using treats to get her to look at me when I stop, but she doesn't always do it. She did okay in the house, but once we got out, whole different story. She was being a statue if I tried to walk forward first and lead. Or she'd try to run forward. Please help. She's 2 years old. I've had her since she was 8 weeks. I am doing this all wrong. She also barks at noise outside and always when visitors come. This is another behavioral issue right?
