Yes on her weight alone. Please visit the www.cyta.org site, no reputable breeders will breed a 4.lb female.

Of course that is even before we get into health screening, testing, and having your dog evaluated if it is breed worthy.

Yes the steps to take is DO NOT BREED then no complications

An 11lb Yorkie is 50% over the weight limit for the Standard. Did you ever get any of the genetic and or health tests on him? Did he ever finish his CH prior to him getting so big?
