well i am not a breeder but i do know from reading that a breeding pair of yorkies should be nearly the same size.
An 11 lb male bred to a tiny 4 lb female has the potential to produce large puppies , too large for female to give birth too. Which could be fatal for mom and babies.
I would speak to a someone who has extensive experience in breeding dogs before attempting breeding this pair..
There are some breeders on here so hopefully you will get some more responses..
