Neuter the 11 lb male yorkie. He is not within the standard. The 4 lb female needs to be spayed, it would be dangerous to breed a dog that small no matter what size the male is let alone an 11 lber!

Just imagine being mounted by someone to breed that was almost 3 times YOUR size! Leave the breeding to experts and spay and neuter your pets.
