I notice sometimes when Tibbe is stressed he drinks extra water, visiting his water bowl almost twice as much during the day but he doesn't change his eating much. Could worms or something he picked up while out have incubated enough by now that he's feeling differently from that and just reacting by doing something, though there may be no rhyme or reason behind it? Or, maybe he's just feeling insecure again after having lost you for so long and eating raises his blood sugar and makes him feel better.
