We can compromise with one of her bikinis.
We were actuallly at a dog event for breast cancer in the August heat. They had little pools set up everywhere. It was funny to watch how dainty most of the smaller dogs were versus the large dogs rolling around and really sloshing.

In all seriousness, I'll bet he would love one of the plastic or inflatable kiddie pools. Throw those funny face latex squeaky balls in the pool, and you could probably play lifeguard all day and night long!
