For anyone who comes along and reads this thread, I hope that the message about the importance of nutrition in this illness (lymphangectasia) comes through loud and clear. The specialist did tell me that if Cookie did well it would be because of her diet. This is a great plug for vet nutritionists. Cookie is the second pup I have had with an illness that required a special diet and both times they did well following the advice of the vet nutrionist. |
