10 hours is way to long for her to have to hold it so I would suggest to keep her using the pee pads. I get not wanting her on the coffee table but why don't you want her on the sofa? If the jumping scares you I would get stairs that ways he can still get on the sofa. Yorkies don't shed so shes not going to get hair all over it.
