Whatever food you are feeding, look at the bag. It will tell you how much to feed for a certain weight/type dog/puppy per day. For young puppies, divide that amount by 4 and feed 4 equal meals 4 times each day. If your pup still seems to be hungry, you can increase the amounts a little bit. It won't hurt to give them a small amout as you put her to bed. If she's waking up hungry in the middle of the night, she may need to eat to keep her glucose/sugar up. Always check them and feed them first thing in the morning to help prevent hypoglycemia. Make sure they have fresh water, and they know where it's at and they actually drink some. You can add some water to their food to help provide adequate water intake.
Instead of hand feeding, keep putting small amounts in her bowl, like 5 or 10 kibbles at one time. When she's finished those, add 5-10 more till she's done her meal. They can also have treats throughout the day.
