Hi & Welcome to YT ! I have to ask, is there lots of natural light in your bathroom that the pup will be in all day ? as 10 + hrs is a very long time for her to be locked in the bathroom & she needs sunlight, not a lightbulb. I think an X-pen or the kitchen would more appropriate to keep her in. Also if you are keeping her in the bathroom Please be sure to put the toilet lid down as many pups have died from drowning in a toilet.
