I hope you can get you puppy's weight up. Hopefully they gave you some suggestions about increasing her calorie intake. The slow growers usually grow a little longer than the average so she may not reach her mature weight until a few months after her first birthday. |
the breeder/vet was kind of set back when she seen her. she said that the puppy represented less than 1% of the dogs she bred. that it is very rare to see one this small but she has seen them before. i did get to look at most of her dogs and they were all in the 4-5.5 lbs. range.
