There are "hot dogs" like this neighborhood watch volunteer in every community. It's unfortunate that he was allowed to carry a gun while doing this volunteering. That poor kid may as well have had an X on his back, because he was doomed as soon as the "hot dog" saw him. I hope he is arrested and charged with murder, because there is no other word for it than murder. It's a shame when laws are made that cause things like this to happen and then these people are allowed to hide behind a law that doesn't really apply to the situation.
