I am pretty sure you discussed this with the breeder before getting your puppy and the breeder gave you the AKC papers in accordance to what was agreed between both parties. If you change your mind and decide to breed your dog afterwords, you would have to consult the breeder again and see if they would be willing to allow you to do so. If they do not allow it would be very unethical of a dog owner to go ahead and breed a "limited registration dog" behind the breeders back.
I am sure that you understood it all and your question was just a matter of really getting clear something you were not really familiar with.
As others have said, breeders reserve the right to allow or not further offspring to be born based in so many factors, most of the time it is in the best interest of said dog or puppy and limited registration is done to protect the dogs and puppies from predators.
