You're exactly right. Wow girl, you're smarter than my neighbors! They claim to love dogs so much, but then they don't see how they could be sentancing those puppies or the puppies grandchildren to death. I asked them if they would be willing to take back a grown dog if the new family has problem. They said they couldn't because their landlord only allows 2 pets and they would lose money if everyone did that. I think that just speaks for itself right there.
