I think it may be the cheese and hotdogs that may be curbing his appetite.
Maybe if you can get him a soft treat or even peanut butter/ plain yogurt to put his treats in it'll be better.
But, assuming there is nothing medically wrong with him not eating, it sounds like his holding out for some more cheese and hot doggies
