I too have wondered about that Teresa, I had Yoshi, peke neutered at 5 months and then a few years ago my aunt gave me her peke, Pebbles that had been spayed. Well they got along fine but my daughter wanted to take Pebbles home with her and she is happy there now but when we get them together Yoshi will not leave her alone, he humps her endlessly and we have to keep them separated at the groomers for this very reason. Some have said it was dominance issued and I have seen this with dogs and it usually doesn't last but this humping is actually trying to do the deed.
