My puppy ran out the door and fell off our second story balcony. He yelped and then ran under the stairs. I crawled under the stairs to get him and brought him into the house to check him out. He was scared and I checked him over and he seemed fine. Since then he has been running and playing but it seems like he is favoring it a little. Just when he's standing still I will see it. But when he's running and playing he's fine. Anyone have any suggestions? If something was broke would he be running and playing? He has to go get shots Thursday and since it seems like theirs nothing wrong I didn't bring him in.

I have no other words to say except get this baby to the Vet. He could possibly have internal injuries and you wouldn't know.
