The Justice Department announced today it will be investigating this death. This whole episode ending in the killing sounds suspicious to me. It sounds to me as if the older man was stalking the kid, in that he pursued him when told not to. Of course we don't know what happened but hopefully we can reserve judgment for a while longer while the FBI really goes over every detail. But that cry for help on the tape sounds like a young person's voice to me.
