Congrats on your new baby! She is lonely, and has left everything she knew before with littermates, mommy and friends! Yorkies REALLY need their people. If you get a small crate and put it up on your nightstand or on your bed where she can see you, I would be very confident it will make a huge difference
P:S: I laughed out loud at your description of her sounding like a bird cawing... my AprilLove sounded exactly like that when she first came home if she couldn't see me at all times , I couldn't believe that sound could come out of such a wee little thing, teehee! and almost wondered what I got myself into... but alas, it does get better and best decision I ever made having a Yorkie as part of the family ♥
