Tibbe is a free soul and cannot abide anything that is affixed to him except a collar and he's not overly happy to wear one of those. I do put sweaters on him to go outside when it is in the 20's in winter and he has borne with me in wearing his raincoat a time or two when it was positively pouring but otherwise, he's one Yorkie that hates clothes. But we live in Texas and it is pretty warm a good portion of the year.
