OMG, how can they do that to you, specially when you are their client, you are right, find a new vet, you need to be treated with most compassion at this hard time.. that is one thing i keep telling my son, is you have to understand the PAIN of the human, with the pain of the animal.. and treat both with Lots of compassion..
