Hi guys, I hope you are doing well. I stumbled upon this forum and was amazed to see this yorkie living forum. My wife and I are traveling from Toronto to Los Angelas using air Canada. As most of you could imagine our 3.5 yr old yorkie named snickers means the world to us, he is our baby. We are traveling with him in the cabbin. We have got the medium sized Sherpa pet carrier which fits air Canada's dimensions and have reserved spaces for him on the plane already. However we are super apprehensive taking him as this will be our first time taking him on a plane.
Has anybody taken their yorkie on air Canada? If so experiences?
What are some tips for first time parents taking their pet on a plane? I've heard pros and cons about sedatives. We are basically looking for tips that will help calm our yorkie and his parents
Thanks in advance
