Since you "met" the seller it sounds like you did not go to her kennel. Whether that is the case or not, I suspect your pair came from a puppy mill and your male is marking because he's a stud dog who knows no better and has never been trained. Neuter both of them as both have probably been bred to the point of system exhaustion, nurture and love them and let them relax and enjoy the rest of their lives with lots of love, patience, indulgence, regular vet/dental care, grooming, good, nutritious food and lots of exercise and play time. Read up on potty training and put them on a little schedule so they will know when it is time to eat, play, potty and sleep. You will be richly rewarded for giving a good home to two poor little things who've not been treated well at all, it sounds like.
