Ahhh, so you've rescued a couple Yorkies! Don't feel bad, you were trying to do the right thing, unfortunately your learning the hard way.
Sounds like they have not been all that socialized? I'm guessing. You must first decide how you want to proceed, do you want to keep them? If not than you need to go to her home immediately.
If you do, and I'm hoping you do, take them to a vet asap, don't wait. Get them thoroughly checked out and talk openly and honestly to your vet about your plans. Your vet will probably be able to guide you in the right direction.
Don't spend too much time trying to guess anything about these dogs, and at this point I wouldn't believe anything this "breeder" has told you. Unfortunately, because you have no idea about these dogs and probably never wil,l I would strongly suggest you not breed them. Perhaps I'm wrong and I'm sure others will pipe in soon who have more experience with this.
Anyway, regardless of what you decide I would get them both in to a vet immediately, and then take it from there. If you do keep them you should also get them in to a training specialist or behavioralist.
I wish you alot of luck.
