I don't have any advice because I have only 2. Good luck with the new addition. We have 2 as well. 3 would be tough because I only have 2 arms, and sometimes they both need attention at the same time. A lot will come down to the dynamics of your pack and how much time you have for training. 3 could be hard to control on walks if one or more want to go chasing after squirrels or robins . Hopefully things will go smoothly for you.
