Karo and Nutri-cal are basically the same thing corn syrup which is sugar. It treats hypoglycemia because it enters the blood stream fast. Problem is if you give too much you can bring on hypoglycemia. Must pups should never even need this, however, puppies use their energy reserves very quickly, so food and water should be available at all times, and this will help prevent hypoglycemia. If they already have hypoglycemia, a little karo or nutri-cal can treat it, but it shouldn’t need be given daily, that’s way too much. Even handling a puppy can wear it out. Are poops normal? I agree with My lil friend about seeing a vet, this should be done as soon as possible. Puppies that age do sleep alot.
